Is really people that motivate us? I think challenges motivate us more than people, people just show then to us.

A little proactivity should be enough to give you these challenges if you're really looking for them, in theory :-P

Thanks for giving Redmine Backlogs another try! 0.9.x was missing a number of critical features for us so we had to go with trunk (now 1.0-stable). Feel free to try out the live demo anytime (login as demo/demo).

Exactly! My next step is changing how ScrumPM deals with user stories. I want a user story to be directly mapped to an issue, especially because of custom fields. Nowadays, I do create manually an issue and associate it to a user story. After that, I will change default behavior for shared versions. I like to create a sprint (version) at parent project and share it across subprojects.

Now, about Backlogs, last time I tried it wasn't compatible with Redmine 0.9.x. So I drop it. Because of your comment, I just gave another try. It is a very interesting plugin. I have to make a few more tests related to shared versions. After that, I will be able to provide a proper feedback.

It's interesting how ScrumPM implemented a totally different model for user stories. In the case of Backlogs plugin, the Story class inherits directly from the Issue class.
